Meet Tate County District 3 Supervisor

Tony Sandridge, who is married to Cassandra and father of Brandon and Tempestt and son of Johnnie and Davie Sandridge, is a former member of "Together Tate County", President of Parent, Teacher, and Student Organization (PTSO) of Coldwater High School, Coach of Coldwater Elementary Basketball Team, CEO of TMS Entertainment, an active member as a deacon, Christian educator, finance committee, Sunday school dept. and athletic director of Second Baptist Church in Coldwater, Mississippi. He made history on August 7, 2007 by becoming Tate Counties First Black Elected Supervisor. He expounded on economic development, school bond issues, and major highways. He wants to be able to bring jobs to the community. Recreation for the youth and other vital needs that are important to the people of District 3 in Tate County. Tony prides his self on being able to make a difference in his community in which he has lived all his life. He is dedicated to changing his community for the best. There are many programs and events that he has planned for his constituents. He has always prided him self on helping those who want to help them selves but can't or don't have the resources to do so. You can always find him out in the community sponsoring events or just talking to the people to help them understand what a supervisor does and how he can help them come together as a community to better themselves. .
